In order to learn about the creative measures students can potentially take in their perusal of various works of literature, my class had a group assignment that entailed creating a video loosely based off of our choice of a short story.

 

For this project, I collaborated with my classmates Elizabeth Ferlazzo and Grace Persico to create a film called "Baked in Bohemia", which is loosely based off of the Sherlock Holmes short story A Scandal in Bohemia by Arthur Conan Doyle. We changed the main mystery in the plot and the time in which the tale is set. Furthermore, Sherlock is now Shirley. However, Watson remains Holmes' faithful friend, and plays a large role in finding the culprit behind stolen goods.
