"Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth does not become weary or tired. His understanding is inscrutable. He gives strength to the weary, And to him who lacks might He increases power. Though youths grow weary and tired, And vigorous young men stumble badly, Yet those who wait for the LORD will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary." Isaiah 40:28-31

In the Kitchen - Whole Foods Cooking All things Baby - Home Birth, Cloth diapering, and nursing. Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your hands." I Thessalonians 4:11 | Hello! I am so glad you stopped by our homestead! My name is Jillian. I am a help-meet and wife to my high school sweetheart, Cody, and mother to our 5 blessings, Angelica, Gabriel, Michael, Rafe and Ziva. We are a stay-at-home, homesteading, home-birthing, nursing, homeschooling, cloth diapering Christian family living in Arkansas. We live on a small homestead in the country. We are learning gardening, canning, sewing, to live more simply and other homesteading skills. My husband was blessed to be raised on a homestead where he learned to garden, work the land and to have a good work ethic! This website will be a work in progress! I will be adding things that pertain to living a simple homesteading life. Some of the topics I've already listed to the left, I am sure there will be more in the future. My desire in this website is the encourage other ladies in the spirit of Titus 2. I'm also starting a blog on blogger.com and might open a store and sell some homemade goodies on etsy! |
""You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. These words, which I am commanding you today, shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up."
