For many years now I have loved working on digital recreations of photographs from an era of classic photography. They have been found in old shoe boxes stored in attics to some found in sheds, long thought lost. Some have been in old picture frames behind a tacky print that someone thought was better than the photograph and forgotten about. 

I'm talking history... family history, captured in an instant and treasured for a few decades by a loved one, then over time it becomes eroded, faded or soiled and you can barely make out the person's face anymore let alone remember thier name.
