Race Day Results and Thank You's

Dear Families,

Thank you to all who participated in the “Hit the Street for Little Feet”.  We had a total of about 300 runners for the two races held on Saturday (doubling last year). Fun had by all with music, massage, sit-down breakfast, Parks & Rec fair, a Surprise Easter Bunny and even an authentic Scottish Bagpiper!  

The Pre-race Supper/OpenMic was a sell-out and loads of fun for every generation! Thanks to all those Open Mike musical magicians: Bridget Kiernan, Avery Shaw, David Laforge, Sophia Gilllespie, Victoria Laforge, Louis Masella, Annacapri Burke, Sarah Burke, Isabella and Sophia Pomeroy, Jade Cromwell, Anali, Brennan Houghton, Dr. Mara and the amazing duo of musical artists/teachers: Will Hunt and Janice Fullman.

The purpose of “Race Week” is to bring the community together for some fun and to benefit the children and the school’s enrichment programs. After paying the insurance, timing, police etc..- we OVER $10,000 (and still counting) from all the race-related revenue!  

The Final Race Results are in......check out the 1m and 5k results posting in the attachments below!   All kids in the 5k as well as all runner-ups in the other age categories will receive medals:
