The Book Fair needs volunteers for one week in October and one week in April. Book Fair volunteers are needed to help with set up on Monday of the Fair week , and take down on Thursday afternoon and Friday morning. The sale runs during the school day on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and after school on Wednesday and Thursday . During the sale on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we need volunteers for 2 to 21/2 hour shifts to help kids select books and check out. For those that love to see children excited about reading and can't get enough of good books it is a rewarding couple of hours spent in the library. I will also try to schedule volunteers during their child's time slot if possible. 20 volunteers would be ideal, we especially need extra hands for set up and take down.
