Scrap kit of choice; I'm using "Brr" by Sarah Bryan.  You can purchase it at Pimp My Tags HERE.

Before we begin, a note.  I create my tags in Photoshop, and that's the program this tutorial is written for.  However, I use tutorials written for PSP quite often, so I know it's pretty easy to convert the steps from one to another.  Give it a shot!

Let's begin!

Make sure you've installed the plugin before you open Photoshop!

Open a new canvas 600x600.  Flood fill white.

Open the stitched frame from the kit.  Drag and drop it into your canvas. Flip horizontal and add a 50% opacity drop shadow #152533.

Open your tube or closeup of choice.  Drag and drop it into your canvas beneath the stitched frame.  If you're using one of Mark Wasyl's provided close ups, duplicate it twice and flatten down to one to raise the opacity.

Use your magic wand tool and select inside the stitched frame.  Go to Select --> Transform Selection and make it larger.  Highlight the closeup in the layer palette, go to Select --> Inverse and hit delete.  Use the eraser to erase any bits that hang out of the frame.  Change the layer style to "Luminosity."

Drag and drop your tube into the canvas.  Add a drop shadow #152533 and an outer glow #b6d8f5.  Flip horizontal.

Open the "brr" word art.  Resize to 200, and drag and drop into your canvas.  Add the same drop shadow and outer glow as you did to your tube.

Open 2 of the snowflakes.  Resize one to 200 and the other to 150.  Drag and drop, and add the same drop shadow as before.

Open the snowflake doodle.  Resize to 500px wide, and drag and drop.

Open the snow overlay.  Resize to 500 and position beneath the frame, but above the closeup.  Erase any snowflakes outside of the frame.

Open your word art of choice.  The words I used were in two layers.  For "Baby" I added a gradient overlay and bevel and emboss.  I used the same outer glow as before.

For "It's cold outside" I used the darkest shade of the gradient and the same outer glow.

The name has the same drop shadow and outer glow, and bevel and emboss.

Add your copyright info and signature of choice.  Flatten, resize, and save.

Easy, but cute!  You're done.

I'd love to see your results!  Feel free to email me at mcw717@gmail.com.  Make sure you put something like "tut results" in the subject line so I know you're not trying to sell me an online diploma.
