After about two months of house hunting in early 2009, we gave up on finding just what we wanted in our price range. It was then that we decided building was the best way to get what we wanted. We met with Dean Croat of Bravo Homes to discuss our options. We found a great half-acre lot in a nice development in May. We signed our contract, and then waited patiently. Three months later, construction has begun and we are underway!
