On 1 June 2008, Peter Hicks and John Langley from Herefordshire will set off on the first leg of a 1000 mile cycle ride.

They will start off in Lands End, Cornwall and arrive in John O'Groats, Scotland just 17 days later.

They are attempting this epic journey not only as a personal ambition but also to raise funds and support their local charity - Megan Baker House.

They will be recording the journey step by step and you will be able to follow their progress via this website via diary entries, photos and videos.
