Transferring credits / exemption from classes

A student interested in transferring credits / grades from the university formerly attended in order to be exempted by MUL should follow procedure below:

  1. Submit credit transfer form* (separate for each course) to the administrative tutor at the Dean's office.
  2. Attach original transcript including rules of assessment and abbreviations’ explanation.
  3. Attach syllabus and a program content officially approved by former school.


The final decision is forwarded to the student via e-mail.


The maximum amount of thus credited courses cannot exceed 25% of hours per academic year (compared to MUL curriculum for given year).

Students shouldn’t omit the above procedure, and deliver credit transfer requests to the course coordinators.

Such requests will be not approved by the Dean’s office.
