My cookbook "Tastes Like Home: Mediterranean Cooking in Alaska" is full of carefully tested recipes that recreate the flavors of the Mediterranean using ingredients readily available in Alaska and North America.  All proceeds from the sale of Tastes Like Home goes to the Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church Building Fund.
