The tube is from Lorenzo Sperlonga, you can buy it here You must have a license to use his art Open a new image 600 x 600 color white New layer, flood fill it with a light color from your tube, I used #C7B830 Open WSL-Mask260, and minimize it New mask layer from image, look for WSL-Mask260, invert mask data not checked Click ok, delete the mask and merge group Open WSL-Mask297, and minimize it New mask layer from image, look for WSL-Mask297, invert mask data not checked Click ok, delete the mask and merge group Open big frame template005, copy and paste as a new layer Put the stars a bit higher, go back to the upper layer Open rectangle frame template005, copy and paste as a new layer Put right on the big frame ( look at the example ) Click with your magic wand into the frame, modify expand with 6 New layer, open SD Grunge Babe Paper 9, copy and paste into selection Arrange, move down, select none, go back to the upper layer Put right, a little bit below the other frame ( look at the example ) Click with your magic wand into the frame, modify expand with 6 New layer, open SD Grunge Babe Paper 1, copy and paste into selection Arrange, move down, select none, go back to the upper layer Resize 2 x 90%, colorize as you choose Put into frame 2 ( look at the example ) Click with your magic wand into the frame, modify expand with 6 New layer, open SD Grunge Babe Paper 10, copy and paste into selection Arrange, move down, select none, go back to the upper layer Put on its place ( look at the example ) Select all, float, defloat New layer, open SD Grunge Babe Paper 8, copy and paste into selection Arrange, move down, select none Go back to the upper layer, blend mode hard light Effects drop shadow 1,1,40,4,black Open SD Grunge Babe Pin Flower 1, copy and paste as a new layer Resize 4 x 80%, and 1 x 95%, put on the circle Effects drop shadow 0,0,40,4,black Open SD Grunge Babe Journal, copy and paste as a new layer Resize 6 x 80%, free rotate 10% left, put below left Open 2rectangles template005, copy and paste as a new layer Put it on the journal Open star template005, copy and paste as a new layer Put it on the 2 rectangles Open SD Grunge Babe Bag, copy and paste as a new layer Resize 7 x 80%, colorize as you choose, free rotate 5% left Open your own tube, copy and paste as a new layer Put it left ( look at the example ), effects drop shadow 4,4,40,4,black Duplicate the tube, close the original and put the copy underneath the big frame Erase everything that’s outside the big frame Open your original tube again, erase everything that is visible below the outside of the big frame Open SD Grunge Babe WA grunge, copy and paste as a new layer Resize 6 x 80%, effects inner bevel  Put underneath your image Open SD Grunge Babe WA babe, copy and paste as a new layer Resize 6 x 80%, effects inner bevel same as above Put on its place next to WA grunge Open SD Grunge Babe Doodle 1, copy and paste as a new layer Flip, mirror, resize 8 x 80% Put next to WA babe, free rotate 30% right Effects inner bevel same as above Duplicate layer, merge down Duplicate layer, flip, put it next to WA grunge Merge all, put your name or watermarking and copyright information That’s all Hope you had fun
