We invite you to offer selected menu items for sale to the community at our 22nd Annual Craft Fair & Bake Sale on Saturday, February 23, 2013.  This event is a fundraiser to defray summer Band Camp expenses.

Purchasing a space (approximately 10’ x 10’) at this event allows you to feature your food establishment and retain all sales dollars made that day.  You may also advertise your business by distributing marketing materials such as flyers or coupons to our shoppers.  This offer will be extended to a limited number of Food Vendors, and there will be no more than one Food Vendor selling a particular menu item(s).

Over 100 exhibitors will be on site selling their handmade items.  Several nationally recognized vendors will also offer products for sale.  Although we cannot guarantee an attendance count, our event is advertised through numerous media outlets.  We welcome you to advertise your participation in your establishment.

AN IMPORTANT NOTE:  MCHS is located in Grundy County and you are required to have a Temporary Food Service Permit on your person at the show.  Your regular operating Food Service Permit will not suffice.  Grundy County Health Department will inspect your space and issue your permit the day of the show.  We will not give refunds for non-compliance.  For further information contact the Environmental Health Division of the Grundy County Health Department at 815.941.3128. 

We will supply up to three 8’ tables for each space and arrange them as you desire.  You may elect to bring any non-food items to your space Friday, February 22, 2013 between 6 pm and 9 pm, or do your entire set up Saturday, February 23, 2013 between 7 am and 10 am.  The doors open to the public at 9 am and will close at 3 pm.  We request that you do not tear down before 3 pm.
