Welcome to my homepage! 

My name is Martin Goossen and I am currently an associate professor at the Department of Management and an associate dean at the Strome School of Business, at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Previously, I worked/studied at the Department of Management at Tilburg University, the Institute of Management of the University of Lugano (USI) in Switzerland and the Department of Strategy of HEC Paris in France.

My research interests are inter- and intra-organizational networks, employee mobility, technological innovation, intellectual property rights, and organizational ambidexterity.
