Michelle rose through the ranks as an executive assistant before founding Executive Counterparts in 1992. We specialize in training and coaching support staff to work more effectively with management to achieve higher productivity and greater job satisfaction. EC was founded in 1992 by Michelle Burke, who now serves as the company's CEO.
