I am subletting my home as I recently got married and will live with my wife for the next 6 months while she completes her work contract. It is in the "Cherry Hill" neighborhood, between Central District, Capitol Hill, and First Hill -- directly behind the Swedish Hospital.

I currently have couches, chairs, tables, shelves, a futon and a twin bed, but these will be removed unless the renter would like to keep them temporarily. 

There are three bedrooms - two for rent, one will be retained for storage.
Two bathrooms - one half bath downstairs and one full upstairs.
A large living room, a dining room, a large backyard and small frontyard, a driveway (can fit three vehicles). A fire bowl in the backyard. 
A full kitchen with dishwasher and full laundry (washer & dryer).
New windows recently installed on the bedrooms. Carpet only one year old.
Lovely neighbors and neighborhood.

$900 rent per month -- $450 per person.

Available January 1st, 2011 - June 30th, 2011.
