Olympiad Books

I believe the same what I believe for IIT JEE books,
"Right books at wrong time and wrong books at right time is equally harmful, rather it should be right books at right time"
Beginner Level

  1. Mathematical Circles : Fomin - This is gem of a book, very good for beginneers but should be read in guidance of a teacher or family member who is well versed in Mathematics. One can start reading this book since class VIIIth.
  2. Problem solving techniques : Arthur Engel - Another beautiful book, must read after Mathematical Circles
  3. An Excursion in Mathematics : Modak -  Good collection of problems and much enjoyable to get the required variety to enhance understanding of problem solving for Olympiad.

Geometry

  1. Geometry Revisited - Coxeter
  2. Challenges and thrill of pre-college mathematics -

Algebra

  1. Higher Algebra - Hall and Knight
  2. Higher Algebra - Bernard and Child (difficult book - to be used after Hall & Knight)

Combinatorics

  1. Shaum Series - Combinatorics & Graph theory
  2. Introductory Combinatorics - Brualdi

Number theory

  1. Number theory - Burton ( This book is very nice to begineers)
