Our email list is a moderated list and prospective members need
to submit contact information to me when they join the math circle
list. That contact information goes into a database maintained by our
registrar, Mr. Bill Babbitt (Matthew's father.)  Beyond Mr. Babbitt,
Professor Krishnamoorthy, Ms. Victorial Holley of Niskayuna
Community Education, and myself, contact information is available
only to a small group of volunteer parent helpers whom I
have known and worked with for a year or more: (currently:Mrs. Eileen Ardito,
Dr. Sue Bieber, and Professor Rita Biswas).  The same restrictions
apply to information you may submit for other purposes, e.g.,
contest registration.

Outside of that small group of people, each of whom I have known and
worked with for over a year--many years in some cases--nobody has
access to student contact information from our database.

I have set up the yahoogroups so that ONLY the moderators of the list
(who are the people I listed above) will have access to student email
addresses. If you are not a moderator and just a regular student or
parent member of the yahoogroups, you will have access to files and
archived old messages, but you will NOT have access to student email
addresses.

If you want to get contact information for another AAMC member, you
will either need to ask that person directly for the information
yourself, OR you may contact me or another moderator to specifically
request that we give YOUR contact information to that person and pass
along your request that they contact you if they would like to share
their contact information.
