My family is the source of my inspiration. My wife Marina is a truly wonderful person. Together we are a great team which can realize all kinds of unusual and challenging projects. Marina has expertise in many areas. Her professional resume  can impress anyone. On behalf of BRP she opened a very first official snowmobile trail in Russia, receiving a government approval. She was an initiator and organizer of expedition through all of Russia – from east to west, "Grand Russia Tour", which was directed at development of tourism industry in Russia, among many other great projects. She has strong skills in management, marketing, team-building, HR, negotiations and sales.

Together - we complement each other. When working as a team - we cover most of the important areas of business, and we work so efficiently that two of use produce as much output as 5-6 independent professionals.
