With this small initiative we would like to help students to find books at more democratic prices. (Some price up to €75)
Some small notes:
- It might be best to wait until the professor has announced that you actually need the book for next year's course(s)
- the MIM handout gives an overview for MIM students
- With buying books second-hand, there is always the "do I have the right edition" question you might want to consider
- sometimes you can get by with having an older edition
- The books have a contact e-mail, so you do not need to contact the student union to buy a book second-hand
