Masonux is distributed in the form of a 325 mb .iso file that serves as both LiveCD and installer. If you aren't sure what to do with this, the Ubuntu community documentation on the subject is outstanding and will all apply identically to Masonux - with the exception that you will be using this .iso instead of an official Ubuntu .iso :)

Masonux 9.04-20090917 is the current stable release.
