Mary Kay is a genderfluid, omnisexual Queer (who's politically bisexual), non-monogamous kinkster sexual educator from (The People's Republic of) Takoma Park, Maryland. She's been studying human sexuality (especially kink/BDSM/fetishes and gender & orientation studies) for 9 years now, and her last job of 2 years was at Lambda Rising GLBT bookstore, which helped her in her studies of sexual orientation and gender identity. Her passion is sexual education & liberation, helping people from all walks of life to live happier, healthier lives via increased knowledge & pleasure. She's also, incidentally, (or not), a geek, a fangirl, a Mac lover, a mass transit fan, & a typography nerd. She's presented in some of the usual places (Black Rose, TES, The Society, MOB New England, TBLGAY) and cons (GKE, Toronto Fetish Market, TESFest, Frolicon) and for some online venues (KinkAcademy.com, Erotic Awakening and Kinky Sex Radio podcasts), but has also taught (& has a passion for teaching) in such diverse environments as a computer Hacker convention, a sci-fi & BDSM convention, a sexuality consumer trade show, one-on-one in World of Warcraft (& in the hot tub at a BDSM con), at a Unitarian Universalist church potluck, a small group at a rooftop gathering of friends, a mental illness support center, and even her high school reunion. Wherever she goes, she ends up talking about sex, BDSM, sexual orientation or gender identity and wherever she goes, she finds people eager to learn.
