Continuing Education Courses
If you are a Designated Broker or a Loan Originator, you are required to take courses annually to maintain your license. All courses are approved by the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).

As of 2008... Designated Brokers require 3 classes.
Loan Orignators require 2 classes.
New licenses must have ONE of their class be an Ethics Course.
BEGINNING of JUNE 2009, all licensees will be required to take
ONE Ethics Course EVERY YEAR.
