Marmaduke Consulting™ was involved as prime lead site development planner for the
$245M Coaltrain Studios project, and has routinely provided development planning and
engineering design on projects in the $35M to $45M range in mixed-use, medical office,
master planned communities and high-tech, with structural design in industrial process.
We are skilled in tele-consulting work, having provided development planning, design and project coordination services between remote field operations, ourselves and our clients, and because of our depth of construction experience in the trades, special inspection and contract management, we can provide the full services clients expect for their projects.
