Digital (scanned) mail is something you could not imagine in recent years. You can be on vacation, on business trip or just unable to check your mail and still have an access to your daily letters, bills or any piece of mail or package.
You can manage your mailbox online. With My-Mail-Room, you can see exactly what's in your mailbox everyday. We will sort your mail then scan each piece into your database where you decide what is to be done with each piece of mail in your box. Your mail can be shredded, forwarded (to address you specify) or open so you can see what is inside. If you chose to open mail then opened mail is encrypted on secured Microsoft server, so there is no chance somebody else is reading it.
We are real business with physical address since 1992 (not just Internet big name enterprise). Because we are real people we want to have a good relationship with you. We prefer if you walk into our store and open your rental service in person. It is good for you if you can see us and trust us. However if you are not able to open your box in person we can do all paperwork also through the mail if it is notarized.

If you decide to use our service you have to fill ONLINE application or download Form 1583 and rental agreement. Ones the forms are completed it must be deliver to our office. We can accept a fax to open Box, but we have to have original of Form 1853 on file signed by Notary public. Only this form will give you legal right to accept your mail in our facility. We need also 2 forms of ID, one with picture on it (other ID's are listed on Form 1583 and in instructions), this also must be notarized. Rates and Cost: (no hidden fees)
There are two option how you choose your service:
1. You will pick up your mail (at least once every 30 days)
2. You will never personally pick up mail (only forward to different address or access it online)
If option 1 is chosen then there are fees for physical box plus fees as per option 2.
Small box (3.5"x5") - 3 months $20; 6 months $35; 12 months $70
Medium box (5.25"x5") - 3 months $27; 6 months $54; 12 months $108
Large box: (5"x11") - 3 months $37; 6 months $74; 12 months $148
If option 2 is chosen these are the fees:
$10 a month up to 75 pc of mail + 5 inside letter scans, then 20 cents for each pc
$25 a month, up to 200 pc of mail + 10 inside letter scans, then 20 cents for each pc
$0.50 a piece of mail no minimums no monthly commitment ($25 setup fee still applies)
$2 to forward letters + actual postage
$5 fee to deposit or pay a bill or invoice if funds are transferred to our account
$100/year fee if requested storage of scanned letters for up to 5 years
$25 set up fee (waived if prepaid for 1 year service)
If you do not sign up for digital mail, fees are as follow: (walk in service)
