Actual Photo July 2006  of the "First Natl Bank Building" of Eddy, Texas and the annex building with public parking in the front and private parking in the back.  Widening of the freeway will take the building to the left side and default the bank building to the corner of Interstate freeway IH35.  The buildings front on West 3rd Street commonly known as State Highway 107 which has access from all directions via Exit 315. ..................

 

 This is a proposed use of the frontage.  We have installed a wrought iron railing  on the sidewalk in front of the bank annex building.  There we picture a sidewalk cafe.  Or  of course patrons can also enjoy the 1500 square foot enclosed replica of a historic brick and stone  Spanish courtyard at the rear of the buildings.
