I have worked internationally in China, Australia, the United States and Europe as a sole proprietor and in companies, in collaboration with designers, engineering teams and inventors. My work has included managing design teams, working with innovation teams and providing research based strategic services such as international integration, cultural barrier bridging and creative problem solving. I have run training sessions and workshops in creative strategy, design thinking, and using ethnographic research tools for innovation and design. My interest is to help people and companies reach their goals through research, creative thinking and problem solving, and by providing international, cross-cultural experience.
