I have worked internationally in China, Australia, the United States and Europe as a sole proprietor and in companies, in collaboration with designers, engineering teams and inventors. My work has included managing design teams, working with innovation teams and providing research based strategic services such as international integration, cultural barrier bridging and creative problem solving. I have run training sessions and workshops in creative strategy, design thinking, and using ethnographic research tools for innovation and design.

My interest is to help people and companies reach their goals through research, creative thinking and problem solving, and by providing international, cross-cultural experience.

I have a working knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) and to a lesser extent French.

Between graduating High School and commencing tertiary study at RMIT, I also spent the fall semester of 2003 studying Linear Algebra, Material Science and Engineering, and ‘Innovation in the 21st Century’, which involved studying patents, presentation method and patent law. I undertook an individual study with an architecture professor to develop my design portfolio.
