Mark plays solo gigs and gigs with bands, including the following types:
- Solo gigs playing a mixture of original material and covers, with acoustic guitar accompaniment (see Song Lists page for repertoire). These can take place in a variety of venues:
- Festivals
- Pubs, Clubs, Bars, Cafes, Parties, and so on
- Old Peoples Care Homes and Hospices, sometimes through the organization Music In Hospitals
- Children's Parties, Nurseries, Schools etc (see Singsong website for more details)
- Gigs with Bands, including:
- Session work playing clarinet and saxophone with various bands in live performances and studio sessions
- Bands playing original material - see Bands page for more details
- Bands playing traditional folk dance music and similar styles of music
- Solo covers gigs for various entertainment agencies, using backing tracks accompaniment or acoustic guitar accompaniment, or a mixture of both. These generally take place in social clubs and pubs, but also include private parties and other events
