No major wins so far; however, I have received some honors:

• Sunrise Destiny was a finalist in the 2010 EPIC Awards competition (science fiction category). The winning entry was announced at EPICon in March 2010. (Congrats to Stuart Vaughn Stockton for Starfire.)
  
• Harvey-467 Makes a Bride was the #1 bestseller for Red Rose Publishing the week of its release (September 4, 2009).
  
• My short story, Binky Merton Takes a Trip took 2nd Place in the Rites of Passage flash fiction contest (Between the Cracks Digest, April 2008).
  
• A three chapter (4-6) excerpt of my SF novel Sunrise Destiny, posted on the American Zoetrope Virtual Studio site as a novella, was voted Novella of the Month for July 2006.
• One of my humorous essays (Muses on Aging) was the Featured Nonfiction piece in the August 2005 issue of WildChild Magazine (before they switched to publishing books, exclusively).
