Would you like to exhibit your Layout?

With our upcoming August Exhibition we are interested in your exhibition layout. Its a great opportunity to share our hobby with the wider community, showcasing large and small scales, as well as prototypes from around the globe. Both completed layouts, and those in-progress demonstrating the design and construction process are welcome. 

Send an email to the club Layouts Manager with layout specs, sizes and a couple of photos.

Bring & Buy Stall

An ideal opportunity to buy or sell any type of model trains or train books. The stall is very popular and well-attended.

Should you wish to supply items for sale, please contact our Bring & Buy Manager, Norm on 02 9918 3575, at least a week before the exhibition or email the club for details.

Exhibition hosted by Marklin Modellers of Sydney

The exhibition is held annually on the second full weekend of August, to highlight the activities of the Marklin Modellers of Sydney model railway club, and to exhibit a variety of model layouts representing many types of prototype and scales to provide interest for all railway enthusiasts.

Date: 10th to 11th August 2024

Saturday    9:00am to 5:00pm

Sunday        9:00am to 4:00pm

Entry Fees:

  • Seniors/Pensioners:          $8

  • Children:                                   $5

  • Family:                                     $25  (up to 2 adults and up to 4 children)

Food:

The canteen will have cold drinks, tea, coffee and biscuits for sale.
