Stage 1 Automotive One Stop Linton Army Camp circuit race

Stage details:
   Start time:   Boys 8:30 am
                       Girls 9:00 am
   Distances:    Boys six laps @ 3.1 km = 18.6 km
                      Girls four laps @ 3.1 km = 12.4 km
   Sprints laps: Boys 2, 4 and 6.
                     Girls 2 and 4.

There will be no sign in. There will be a roll call on the start line. The first five riders over the line have to present their bike for gear check. All riders must complete the entire distance to be eligible to commence Stage Two. Lapped Riders will not be withdrawn. Upon crossing the finishing line riders must continue in to the finishing chute where your number will be noted and than will be directed off the course. No riders are to turn and ride back up the course.

Stage 2 The Geoff Russell Linton to Ashhurst race (35.6km)

Stage details:

   Start Times:   Boys: 10:15 am
                         Girls: 10:20 am
   Distance:           35.6 km

Course Notes :

Start Gymnasium, Linton Military Camp.NEUTRALISED down to START PROPER in Camp Road at Bus Shelter. Turn LEFT onto Main Road to SPRINT 3.8km at No 4 Dairy Unit . Continue down Massey Hill and keep LEFT onto Flyover 7.8km. RIGHT on ramp to Summerhill Drive 7.9km to HILLCLIMB 8.6km (Summerhill Drive/ Williams Terrace). Continue on Aokautere Drive to SPRINT 14.4km Lon Lagoon Engineering Sign . LEFT onto State Highway 3, 24.4km. RIGHT into Ashhurst 25.6km and straight ahead over bridge on Cambridge Street and turn LEFT into Oxford St 26.8km to HILLCLIMB 28.7km. Turn LEFT into Grove Road 28.9km and LEFT into Bunnythorpe/Ashhurst Road 31.9km. Keep LEFT and straight onto Mulgrave Street 34.9km. FINISH at the Mulgrave street 35.6 km.

Stage 3: Orcus Print Individual Time Trial (3km)

Stage details:

Start Time: First rider off at 12.30 pm
Intervals: Riders will be set off at 30 second intervals
Distance: 3.0 km
Order: Boys in numerical order followed by the girls in numerical order
NO aero bars permitted.
The time trial is uphill.

Course Notes:

Start in Ashhurst cnr Salisbury street and The Terrace and proceed 3 km straight up Saddle Road (approx 1 km flat and 2 km uphill).No support vehicles permitted.
Riders incurring valid stoppages within the first kilometer will be given a restart, otherwise they will be credited with slowest time. All competitors must have a gear check immediately prior to their start. Once gear checks have taken place riders must remain in the starting chute.

Stage 4: The Hughes Joinery Valley Road circuit (50km)

                     Girls: 2:35 pm
   Distance: 49.5 km
   Course Notes:

START from Ashhurst Village Centre carpark opposite Ashhurst School hall Cambridge Ave to START PROPER North Street Cnr at 100km sign. Continue ahead to SPRINT at Woolshed 6.7km, turn LEFT into Valley Road to HILLCLIMB top of Valley Road (lookout) 10.1km, turn LEFT into Taonui Road to SPRINT at Colyton Hall 21.5 km, then LEFT at Colyton Intersection to HILLCLIMB at Whitlock’s Letter Box 26.1km, turn RIGHT into Watershed Road to HILLCLIMB at top of Watershed 29km, turn RIGHT at Hiwinui School into Reids Line East 30.7km and LEFT into Dixons Line 35.7km to SPRINT at Bunnythorpe Rugby Clubrooms 37.4km . LEFT at Rugby Field 37.6km then LEFT again onto Bunnythorpe Ashhurst Road continue to Ashhurst down Mulgrove Street. FINISH at Mulgrave street 49.5km.
