This is a beautiful Eden Bebe size 9 open mouth. She's named Bertha, after my grandmother. She is the princess of the whole collection. My mother gave her to me when I was 18. Since then, I never stopped loving antique dolls. Then one day I sold her. Though my heart was broken, I had to sell her. and off she went for some 7 or 8 years.
One day I saw her in my dreams. A few days went by and someone called me home telling me that a beautiful french doll was being sold in a well known auction here in Porto, where I live. I went there and saw Bertha. There she was, looking at me, 7 or 8 years after, asking to come home. I brought her home never saw or heard about the person who called me again.
She is back home and became the princess of the castle. Because of this true story that I'm telling here, Bertha will never leave home again.
She is a very beautiful doll, perfect white creamy bisque, open mouth and a lively expression with her big brown eyes. She has a human wig and wears a wonderful chemise Bébé Printemps with a blue mariner coat with matching hat. She now has more antique outfits in her wardrobe.
Here she is with my Tete Jumeau 9.She is really precious.
