M a r g o t M i l l e r
Margot Miller holds a Ph. D. in French literature. Her dissertation was on Paule Constant. Miller served most recently as adjunct professor of French at the School for Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, Washington D.C. (See CV link on the left). She now writes fiction, poetry (links on the left), does a bit of translation, teaches French women writers (in translation) at the Academy of Lifelong Learning, Chesapeake Maritime Museum, St. Michael's MD, and recently started painting (links on the left and below). She divides her time between the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay and the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. Miller's fiction, non-fiction, and poetry have appeared in The Northern Virginia Review, ChickFlicks, Write Side Up, Static Movement, Long Story Short, Subtle Tea, BluePrint Review, Salomé, Moondance, Mosaic Mind, Fringe, The Angler, Steel City Review (nominated for a Pushcart), Toasted Cheese, and others. Miller is a fiction editor for The Delmarva Review, a member of the Friday Morning Artists, the St. Michaels Art League and the Talbot County Visual Arts Council.
