 I am so happy to be teaming up with Mrs. Smith this year. Some of you may know that my husband and I recently welcomed a baby girl into our family. What a blessing she is! This will be my fourth year teaching at Little Harbour. Prior to this, I worked at the New England Aquarium and Seacoast Science Center focusing on science education. I’m looking forward to sharing my passion for science and learning with your children.  I am so happy to be returning to my Little Harbour “family” this year and I know that teaming up with Mrs. Marden is going to be an excellent experience for all of us! This will be my fourth year teaching at Little Harbour School. Last year, I took some time off from teaching third grade to be with my son Ulysses, who is now 16 months old! Before I came to Little Harbour, I co-taught a third and fourth grade multi-age class at Moharimet Elementary School in Madbury while I earned my master’s degree from UNH. Before that, I taught 8th graders in Durham and 4th graders in New York City, and I also worked in Pennsylvania and Tennessee where I put together all kinds of museum exhibits. As you can see, I’ve worked in many different kinds of places and can’t wait to share with you all the great things I’ve learned through those experiences.
