Our niche is owner-user or long term investor real estate such as office, retail, warehouse, light industrial, restaurant, assisted living, auto repair, and hotel/motel.

We have SBA and Conventional lending programs available from about $250,000 to $15,000,000, with our "sweet spot" being $500,000 to $4,000,000.

We look primarily at the business cash flow to service the debt, not just market rent. Acceptable loan purposes include purchase, refinance, expansion, ground-up construction, working capital, equipment purchase, and cash-out when appropriate.
