Hi. We are Marc (age 28) and Joanna (age 26). We have created this website so you can get to know us and what kind of renters we will be.
We recently got engaged and are moving to the East Bay, where Joanna will be starting law school at UC Berkeley and Marc will continue working for a consulting firm that assists non-profits with online advocacy and fundraising.

1. If there were a "most trustworthy" category in high school yearbooks, we both would have won it. 2. We don't throw parties. 3. We're very relaxed (for East Coasters) but very clean. 4. We've had great relationships with all of our landlords in the past. 5. We've been together for five years, and we've been living together for three. 6. Marc will be at the office all day, and Joanna will be in the library. 7. Marc's favorite book as a child was "Herman the Helper," a story about a particularly considerate octopus. 8. Joanna's was "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs," but that's neither here nor there. 9. We pay all of our bills on time -- check our credit reports if you don't believe us. 10. We're nesters. |
