I am a native Tucsonan and I attended Catalina High School and the University of Arizona. I have spent 19 years working as an educator at Pueblo Magnet High School. I started my educational career as a science teacher. Later, I had the opportunity to serve Pueblo as the athletic director. During this part of my career I went back to school through Northern Arizona University to obtain my administrative certificate. I was hired as assistant principal at Pueblo and served in the areas of student activities and curriculum & instruction. My wife Beth and I have three children and we have been married for 20 years. My daughter Madison and my son Matthew attend Mountain View High School. My youngest son Scott is in 6th grade at Quail Run Elementary. Beth is an elementary school teacher in the Marana Unified School District. She is currently teaching 6th grade. |
