At the end of the day staff members will facilitate students leaving the building. On the fifth floor, the staff is supporting the movement of the students down our exit stairwell. An escort is provided to both the private Baker bus and the local bus in front of the school. The MTA graciously has a cross-town M96 bus wait in front of the school from 2:50-3:00. The bus then returns to its route. A staff member is also utilized to escort the students to this bus. The principal is in the yard, near the door insuring that students are departing safely and efficiently. |
