Layers/Load/Save Mask/Load Mask from Disk
choose WSL_Mask60
Right click on the mask layer in your palette
Merge/Merge Group
Copy and paste doodle1
Resize by 50%
Move to top right
Add dropshadow

Click Delete on your keyboard
Move under the frame layer

Resize if needed
Move to fit inside the frame
Add same dropshadow as before
only change the color to black

Move to the right of the other frame

Selections/Invert

Erase any part of the bling that is overlapping

change color to white

Resize by 40%
Move to top right

Rotate to the right
Move over the heart
