The Circle of Care Forum Annual Event is open to all non professionals, who are helping our Seniors in Manatee County.
 
If you are a family member, neighbor, church member helping a loved one, this Forum is specifically designed to provide you with support, information and tools to best assist the care recipient and keep you in a healthy state of being.

9:00 to 10:00 am  Registration Sign-in and Exhibits - Participants sign-in and have an opportunity to visit the exhibits in the ballroom and outside and fill out door prize tickets.
 
10:00 to 11:30 am  Opening / Key Note Speaker - Welcome greetings by Linda Nelson, Caregiver Forum Chairperson of Meals from Wheels PLUS.
Morning Session Introduction by Jill Trewin of Home Instead Senior Care
presentation by Pat Glass, our Key Note Speaker.
 
11:30 am to 12:15 pm  Complimentary Lunch by Freedom Village and /Door Prizes announced by Denise Walker of Visiting Nurse Association and more time for Exhibits - Enjoy your meal and visit with exhibitors and complete door prize tickets.
 
12:30 to 1:15 pm  Breakout Session -

FREE RESPITE (Closed as of October 10th)
Attention caregivers.  Free respite care for loved ones will be provided to caregivers attending the Forum.
For individuals wishing In-Home respite, contact the Alzheimer's Association, FLorida Gulf Coast Chapter at 941-36-8883.
