The Second Annual Circle of Care Forum was a Success!Welcome to the Home of the Circle of Care Caregiver Forum Annual Event in Manatee County, FL!Circle of Care is an annual event providing information and support to all non professional care givers, who are helping our Seniors in Manatee County. If you are a family member, neighbor, church member helping a loved one, this Forum is specifically designed to provide you with support, information and tools to best assist your care recipient and keep you in a healthy state of being.

We have had so many comments about our logo that we have now made it into a handsome lapel pin. We are offering them for sale at $3 each to help raise awareness of our group and to raise money for our annual Caregiver Forums. Ask to one at our next meeting. Manatee County Caregiver of the Year
We are currently asking for the submission of names for our second annual recognition award.
We are seeking to recognize one person who best exemplifies the ideal of family or neighborly caregiving. If you know of someone who is in a situation to help a care recipient and is not a professional caregiver, please let one of our committee members know their name. We will contact you for more information. All submissions need to be in by November 1st.

In Memorium
Bettina Tyler, was one of our most dedicated volunteers and an employee of Tidewell Hospice, who passed away in 2010. We are proud to have had her support, energy and tireless commitment; and altogether better off for having knowing her helpful spirit. Her input into the planning and founding of the 1st Annual Manatee Caregiver Forum helped made it the success it was. To help inspire others to give as she did, we have named our annual Caregiver of the Year Award for her.
