Classroom-based:

Once a month I conduct developmental guidance lessons within each classroom.  For primary classrooms (PreK-2), these lessons focus on different character traits.  Intermediate classroms (3-5) focus on learning appropriate conflict resolution skills.  Information regarding classroom guidance lessons will be available in Malcolm's monthly newsletters and on this site for at-home reinforcement.

Small Group:

Some children have more specialized needs.  When necessary, groups of students meet to work through their common concerns.  Topics for these groups include social skills development, self-esteem, anger management, and divorce/separation.  Participation in small groups require parent permission.

Individual:

Under certain circumstances, I meet with students individually.  Oftentimes these sessions occur for reasons such as mediation, extra academic support, and mild behavioral interventions.
