Welcome  to  the   Makakilo  Ridge  Community  Association  (MRCA)  at  "Kumulani." Located in West-Oahu's Kapolei district on upper Makakilo, we are a fee simple, gated  community  association comprised  of  114 single-family  custom residential  homes. 

Our community association is  also  a  part  of  the  master  association,  "The  Palehua  Community  Association,"  also  known  as  (PCA),  which  oversees  40+  other  community  associations  or sub-associations  representing nearly 4000+ PCA  members (owners). 

The  primary  purpose  of  this  website  is  to provide  important  informational material to all our  (MRCA)  community association members (owners)  as  well as keeping everyone in our  community updated and well informed on any and all community news, upcoming  events, and/or meetings.
