The Majestic Soccer Club Columbia is an offshoot of the Majestic Soccer club in Atlanta( http://majesticsoccer.com/ ). Team Manager Charley Krawczyk formed the club in 2003 after playing with the club in Atlanta for nine years. Bringing the Atlanta team philosophy of "A Drinking Team with a Soccer Problem", to Columbia Charley set out in finding a group of players who fit the Majestic player mold. That is a player who will play hard and likes to win, does not act like a jerk on the field (well most of the time) and likes to socialize at the pub afterwards.
Created from the league "cast offs" the Columbia Majestics began their humble debut in the league's 3rd division. After a shaky first season, the Majestics found their footing. They proceeded to win the 3rd division title and promote to the 2nd division. In a short period of time they won the second division in style, only allowing 3 goals in the entire regular season. They promoted to the league's first division where they played for 4 seasons. The Majestics remain one of the league's most stable clubs with a loyal core of returning players.
