THE RO LAW FIRM understands the importance of fees concerning your legal matter.  Since the Firm does not offer free legal advice, it does charge for a formal consultation to discuss your matter more thoroughly in a professional meeting.  The confidential consultation may take place at the lakefront office at Carillon Point, or in an area close to where you reside or work.  THE RO LAW FIRM prides itself in offering high quality legal representation for its valued clients.  Potential clients often ask how much it will cost to retain the Firm.  Since the actual time spent on your matter may vary, this is a difficult question to answer.  Generally, for a criminal matter, the legal fee may vary on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether a jury trial is necessary.  You and your attorney may discuss this option during the development of your case.  Whether the fee structure is based on an hourly rate, a flat fee, or other agreed-upon arrangement, such fees may be discussed during the confidential consultation.  If necessary, payment plans may also be discussed during the consultation.  THE RO LAW FIRM wants you to know that despite your concerns over legal fees, the Firm understands that this phase in your life may be a difficult time for you.  Thus, you should know that if you retain THE RO LAW FIRM, you will be retaining an advocate and a lawyer on your side.
