Defending The Accused
Whether you are in need of a criminal defense attorney in Seattle, Tacoma, Everett, Fife, Puyallup, Redmond, Bellevue, Kirkland, or any other city in Washington, THE RO LAW FIRM is available to handle your important legal need. Criminal defense lawyers are not all alike. Neither do all criminal defense attorneys have the same personalities and skills in dealing with the Prosecuting Attorney. Still, when you seek a defense lawyer, you may be seeking a trial lawyer who is confident in working with people and working with the law. Some of you may seek a criminal defense attorney in Seattle. Still another may be seeking an attorney in Tacoma. Wherever you may be residing, and wherever you got arrested, THE RO LAW FIRM may be contacted for a confidential consultation to review the merits of your case, discuss your legal matter, discuss legal fees and payment structures, and decide whether or not your case may be resolved prior to trial or all-the-way through a jury trial. As you retain a criminal defense attorney, it is the opinion of the Firm that the most important aspect between you and the lawyer is TRUST. Without it, the defense attorney's representation of you and your case may be hampered. Certain characteristics -- while some may be evident and others may be subtle -- may be characteristic of a lawyer's ability to handle your case. While the old adage that There Is No Substitute For Experience is true, the saying that Preparation and Diligence is Gold may hold even more significance. Still, no matter how much experience a criminal defense attorney may have, no matter how much preparation a criminal defense attorney may perform, a lawyer should have the ability to resolve cases, go to trial, or even lose cases in a manner that serves the client with integrity and respect. No outcome is ever certain. This is why it is crucial that you retain a law firm that will handle your case with skill, care, and diligence. One thing for sure is that if you retain THE RO LAW FIRM, you will have an advocate on your side.

Torts & "Serious" Personal Injury Family Law
THE RO LAW FIRM is currently available to take all criminal cases to court and to trial.
Charges of DUI, theft, assaults, and other crimes can create havoc in one's everyday life. No reasonable person ever wishes to become negatively entangled with the law. Neither does anyone plan on finding one's self in such circumstances.
However, when an individual is encountered with the law, often times unintentionally, legal advice and representation may be needed and sought. Most significantly, you may need an attorney who will offer you the time and skill to take your case with a vigorous and zealous defense.
Simply put, if you have been charged, it must be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that you actually committed the alleged crime.
According to our country's laws, if there is insufficient evidence to show beyond a reasonable doubt that you committed the alleged crime, then there should be no conviction.
The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution states that
"No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury ... nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, WITHOUT THE DUE PROCESS OF LAW."
Further, as applied to the states (ie. Washington State), the Fourteenth Amendment declares that
"No State shall ... deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, WITHOUT THE DUE PROCESS OF LAW."
The U.S. court system is a mechanism, among other purposes, to offer the accused an actual PROCESS through and of which a criminal allegation and charge may be resolved. In other words, a policeman or any other individual cannot simply accuse you of a crime, and then declare you guilty of the alleged crime until DUE PROCESS is served. In addition, the Fourth Amendment states that people have a right
"to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against UNREASONABLE SEARCHES AND SEIZURES."
This is the Law of the Land.
For this reason, THE RO LAW FIRM is available to help you through any criminal charges to ensure you receive DUE PROCESS and to defend your case. Getting entangled with the law is a big hassle. Nothing more. Nothing Less.
If you are charged with a crime, THE RO LAW FIRM can represent you in pursuit of resolving your case through pre-trial motions, plea-bargaining with the Prosecuting Attorney, or taking your case to trial. Most importantly, there are never any guarantees, and you should not expect a certain outcome to go exactly the way you wished, for no outcome is ever certain or guaranteed -- but one thing to know for sure is that if you retain THE RO LAW FIRM, you will be retaining an Advocate.
