April 24-26

This was the heart of Virginia Council's first ever Venture Quest weekend, so of course Crew 555 was there. It was sort of a camporee for Ventures. Unlike the Boy Scout version, of course, the various stations and activities were all picked by the Ventures themselves, and many were run by Ventures as well. We had fencing, team building, COPE, a dance, and shooting. Our own crew ran mountain biking, dance lessons, and astronomy.
