Welcome to the documentation page of Magic Lines for Metatrader 4. This It's work in progress, so please check back often. Magic Lines enables visual trading for Metatrader 4. Using Magic Lines, you now enter and modify trades just by moving a few lines and a single keystroke.
Important: when this is the first time you use Magic Lines, or if you are installing it on a new account or a new Forex broker, please test it properly on a demo account first! InstallationDownload your license from our main website http://www.magiclinesforex.com/release/accountnumber.zip Copy this address into your browser and replace accountnumber by your real account number. Visit the download location and unpack the contents of the zip folder into the scripts folder of your Metatrader 4 release. The script folder resides inside the experts folder.
After installation the following scripts should be visible in your navigator/scripts folder: - magic-setup, the setup and reset program
- magic-tradenow, the script to execute market orders
- magic-onastop, the script to execute pending and limit orders
- magic-modify, the script that allows almost real time modification of stoploss and profit during a trade
- magic-modify-pending, the script that allows you to modify pending (and limit) orders that are not yet in the market *) february 2010 (delayed)
Make sure you allow live trading in the tools/options/experts menu, otherwise your scripts will not work.
