With over 15 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry Dan, owner/operator of Thymelee has  created this event catering service with the vision of becoming the "Best" in the Atlanta area.

In addition to his Culinary education & experience Dan has worked for some "Major Players" in the hospitality industry ranging from; Nationwide corporate chains to Single unit Fine dining establishments. He has been involved with; Restaurant design, Menu design, Creating operational systems & New restaurant development.

Dan believes that with all the knowledge he has gained being involved in every aspect of the Hospitality industry it will allow Thymelee Catering  to continue grow & develop into "The place to call for all your event needs"

Since Dan has moved Thymelee Catering into Atlanta from Fort Lauderdale, Fl we have successfully performed hundreds of events ranging from; 10 person office luncheons to 250 person corporate events....we have also just completed our 3rd wedding reception of 2008 with many more "on the books"
