Information Technology
This is the website for Mrs. Krieger's courses. Please watch this space for important announcements.|
Welcome to Lynn Krieger's Information Technology Website. Information Technology is one of the programs students can choose to persue at the Clark Advanced Learning Center. Because we are a High School for the Digital Age, all students use state-of-the-art technology every day here.
All of the Information Technology classes are college classes with college expectations. All students who attend classes here are required to take the elective Introduction to Information Technology class. The class is rigourus but rewarding. Upon completion of the class students are prepared to use the technonogy required for other classes at the school.
There are two industry certifications available to students in the Information Tehnology program. Upon compleation of the A+ Certification classes, the student can become a Comp TIA A+ Certified IT Technition. The first two Networking classes can be taken at the Clark while the remaining two can be takern at the Kight Center on the main campus to obtain the Cisco Certified Network Associate certification.
This site will outline the online resources, assignments, and general information required for the Information Technology classes. |
When classes begin, ask your student the name and course number for their class and visit the class web page on the left to view the class link. In college classes we will be covering topics rapidly and much of the work is explected to be compleated independently. Remember, only the final grade is recorded for college classes.
