As the World-wide Web is a constantly shifting entity, I'd appreciate being told of any links that are no longer valid.
Thank you.

PUBLIC SITES

Lynda's Links
This site went on-line on 22 July 2009.
It can be really difficult researching ancestors from the British Isles from this part of the world.  These pages are set up to show the many links I've come across that may help or be of interest to Kiwi researchers of British descent.
Family history is made more interesting and "alive" by adding in a little background of the times and conditions our ancestors lived in.  As well as links to genealogical transcriptions etc. I have included links to sites with historical information, e.g. the potato famine in Ireland.

Genie On a Shoestring
This site went on-line in July 2011.
A 'how to' site for Kiwis new to genealogical research.

Nostalgia Buzz (NZ)
This site went on-line in 2010.
Memories of growing up in New Zealand.
This is a fledgling site and I'm asking for your memories and recollections to help it grow.
I've started it off with things I remember of the 1960s and 1970s.
If you'd like to share your stories, whether a sentence or a small book, please do contact me.  Donors can opt to remain anonymous.
Thank you in advance.
